Purpose of Appeal: The property is secured by normal means, no broken windows or graffiti, very well maintained, it is not a dangerous structure nor has the building been condemned, been in receipt of Building Code Violations, or been in receipt of any order to correct nuisance conditions. This is a very well maintained building that is connected to the adjacent address which is occupied and owned and managed by CSM. Leasing of this 2344 Energy Park Drive portion of the property has been difficult due to COVID-19

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Brad Kittleson, CSM Corporation, to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 2344 ENERGY PARK DRIVE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal for the property to be released from the Vacant Building Program; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
