WHEREAS on July 21, 2010, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. 10-807, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for property cleanup on private properties from March 31 to April 14, 2010. (File No. J1007A, Assessment No. 108882).
WHEREAS, the property at 844 Agate Street, being described as: Edmund Rices Secondaddition Vac Alley Adj & Lot 9 Blk 2, with the property identifification number 30-29-22-42-0112 was assessed an amount of $1,185.56, plus penalty and interest of $85.76 for a total of $1,271.32; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends approving the assessment for the amount of $1,185.56 and spreading the payments over five years; now therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, that Council File 10-807 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
