Legislative Hearing Staff Comments
For 2013, revocation follows 4 inspections and 1 extension on vacate order. For 2011 and 2009, Fire C of O only granted after 4 inspections. On 12/27/13 reinspection, inspector indicates very few corrections done throughout building. 2 of the 22 items on the 11/27/13 orders require a permit. No permits have been pulled for building. 1 item requires documentation from contractor that the hood and duct fire supression system have been services every 6 months, which has not been forthcoming. Restaurant owner indicates he did not get a copy of the ongoing 2013 orders from the building owner, but rather from the inspector on 12/27/13 at the request of the City Council.
