Title
Amending the financing and spending plans in the Department of Public Works in the amount of $30,000 for the addition of an above standard lighting maintenance district.
Body
WHEREAS, The Department of Public Works added an above standard lighting maintenance district during 2012; and
WHEREAS, this additional above standard lighting maintenance district was not in the council adopted 2012 budget; and
WHEREAS, the revenues received from the additional above standard lighting maintenance district come from assessments on property owners, and are in excess of the adopted 2012 budget; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation, funds of $30,000 in the Lighting Maintenance Assessment Districts Fund; so
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor that $30,000 is available for appropriation in the Lighting Maintenance Assessment Districts Fund, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the particulars as specified in the attached financial analysis.
