WHEREAS, Royalty & Sons, Inc. d/b/a Parkway Marathon (License ID #20230001029) applied for a Gas Station, an Auto Repair Garage and a Tobacco license on June 12, 2023, for the premises located at 304 Wheelock Parkway East in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, on June 28, 2023, the Department of Safety and Inspections mailed out the required License Application Notification with a July 13, 2023, response date; and
WHEREAS, in response to the June 28, 2023, notification, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the approval of a Gas Station, an Auto Repair Garage and a Tobacco license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Gas Station, an Auto Repair Garage and a Tobacco license are hereby approved and issued to Royalty & Sons, Inc. d/b/a Parkway Marathon (License ID #20230001029) for the premises located at 304 Wheelock Parkway East in Saint Paul.
