Body

WHEREAS, on August 17, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File Nos. RLH AR 11-80 and RLH TA 11-200, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Trash Hauling Services from May 04 to May 25, 2011 (File No. J1111G, Assessment No. 118087); and

WHEREAS, the property at 475 Saint Clair Avenue, being described as: Whitane Turner Leppers Sub S 1/2 Of Lot 13 And All Of Lot 14, with the property identification number 01-28-23-34-0207 was assessed an amount of $425.00; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended reducing the assessment from $425.00 to $212.50; Now, Therefore Be It,

RESOLVED, that Council File Nos. RLH AR 11-80 and RLH TA 11-200 are hereby amended to reflect this change.
