WHEREAS on January 7, 2015, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 14-76, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Vacant Building fees billed November 18, 2013 to June 25, 2014. (File No. VB1501, Assessment No. 158800); and
WHEREAS, the property at 387 Winslow Avenue, being described as: West St Paul Blks 1 thru 99 Lot 9 Blk 28, with the property identification number 06-28-22-44-0070 was assessed an amount of $1,595; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment due to data entry error by Department of Safety and Inspections staff. Vacant Building file was closed in May 2014 and no fee should have been due when the assessment for August was ran; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1,595, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 14-76 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
