RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby appoint, upon request of the City Attorney and for the purpose of providing advice and counsel to the City of Saint Paul in pending litigation, the Public Rights Project under the direction of Jonathan B. Miller, Chief Program Officer, as special counsel representing the City of Boston, et al. v. Department of Homeland Security, et al., to be filed in the District of Massachusetts, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the compensation to be paid for the services of said special counsel shall be pro bono, and in accordance with Legal Services Agreement between the Public Rights Project and the City of Saint Paul, there will be no hourly rate paid for the legal services provided to the City of Saint Paul.
