Body

WHEREAS on June 6, 2018, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 18-34 to delete the assessment for Excessive Use of Inspection or Abatement services during November 22 to December 22, 2017. (File No. J1808E, Assessment No. 188312); and

WHEREAS, the property at 1180-1182 Lane Place, being described as: Lane-Hospes Add. Lot 1 Blk 2, with the property identification number 28-29-22-11-0046 was assessed an amount of $157; and

WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment because the excessive inspection letter and bill was never generated to notify the owner;

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $157, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 18-34 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
