Purpose of Appeal:  The appeal to give 3 months to have the rear porch repaired & reinspected.  All work has been completed & permits closed.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Shai Leibovich, BPH 3 LLC, and Carolyn Brown, Community Stabilization Project, to a Vacant Building Registration Fee Warning Letter at 1271 MARION STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 90 day waiver to January 5, 2025 and allow permits to be pulled; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
