RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul, Police Department is authorized to enter into the facility rental agreement with the Neighborhood House at Wellstone Center which includes an indemnification clause. This agreement allows for the rental of the Bernard/Marie Ferber Community Dining Room on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A copy of said agreement is to be kept on file and on record in the Office of Financial Services.
