Ratifying the assessments for Excessive Use of Inspection/Abatement services billed September 28 to October 21, 2015. (File No. J1606E, Assessment No. 168305)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 16-55 accepted the Report of Completion for Excessive Use of Inspection or Abatement services billed during the time period of September 28 to October 21, 2015; and
WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on April 6, 2016 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 16-90: 1058 Arcade Street;
RLH TA 16-70: 558 Arundel Street;
RLH TA 16-62: 96 Atwater Street;
RLH TA 16-42: 581 Cook Avenue East;
RLH TA 16-74: 1857 Cottage Avenue East;
RLH TA 16-92: 1033 Euclid Street (to be laid over to October 5 Public Hearing);
RLH TA 16-38: 617 Greenbrier Street;
RLH TA 16-80: 287 Hamline Avenue South;
RLH TA 16-111: 1152 Lane Place;
RLH TA 16-151: 525 Maryland AVenue East;
RLH TA 16-64: 1895 Orange Avenue East;
RLH TA 16-88: 707 Preble Street;
RLH TA 16-94: 749 Sims Avenue;
RLH TA 16-72: 793 Wheelock Parkway East;
RLH TA 16-58: 1567 York Avenue; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
