RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul, Police Department is authorized to enter into the attached agreement with the State of Minnesota, Dakota County Technical College for facility rental for purpose of law enforcement training on the following dates:  October 21, 25, 28; November 6, 2013 and law enforcement recruit academy training on February 24 and 25, 2014.    A copy of said agreement is to be kept on file and on record in the Office of Financial Services.
