Amending the 2018 budgets in the Public Works Right of Way Permits Fund.
Body
WHEREAS, in 2018, the traffic building was remodeled and it was discovered during renovation that there were additional repairs that needed to be addressed during the renovation; and
WHEREAS, these much-needed repairs will help improve the health and longevity of this facility; and
WHEREAS, ROW Permits financing will have increased revenues due to use of street permits and additional rental revenue; and
WHEREAS, materials and supplies spending will increase due to repairs and renovation; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of St Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation funds of $325,000; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED; that the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby approve the amendments to the 2018 operating budgets as detailed in the attached financial analysis.
