WHEREAS on September 18, 2019, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council Files RLH AR 19-88 and RLH TA 19-603, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Vacant Building Registration Fees billed during September 27, 2018 to March 21, 2019. (File No. VB1911, Assessment No. 198822)

WHEREAS, the property at 622 Bush Avenue, being described as: Borup and Payne’s Add to St P E 30 Ft of Lot 4 Blk 2, with the property identification number 29-29-22-43-0068 was assessed an amount of $2284; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended reducing the assessment from $2284 to $1142 because owner completed the repairs within 6 months of the billable year; Now, Therefore Be It,

RESOLVED, that Council Files RLH AR 19-88 and RLH TA 19-603 are hereby amended to reflect this change.
