WHEREAS on January 21, 2015, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 14-77, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Clean Up services from August 1 to 29, 2014 at 334 Albert Street South. (File No. J1502A, Assessment No. 158501); and
WHEREAS, the property at 334 Albert Street South, being described as: Jefferson Park Addition to the City of Saint Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota N 40 Ft of Lots 4 and Lot 5, Blk 8, with the property identification number 10-28-23-21-0095 was assessed an amount of $320; and
WHEREAS, the owner, Saloua Thompson, contacted City Council Offices stating that she did not received notice of the abatements. After reviewing the file, the legislative hearing officer found that the abatement orders went to the previous owners when she owned it (property purchased July 7, 2014 and the abatement orders went out on August 4, 2014); and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $320.00, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 14-77 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
