WHEREAS, on May 17, 2024, Victoria Theater Arts Center d/b/a 825 Arts (License ID 20240000989) applied for a Theaters and Movie Theaters - New Location license for the premises located at 825 University Avenue West, in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, on July 1, 2024, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification; with a response date of July 16, 2024; and
WHEREAS, in response to the July 1, 2024, notification, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the Theaters and Movie Theaters - New Location license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Theaters and Movie Theaters- New Location license is hereby approved and issued to Victoria Theater Arts Center d/b/a 825 Arts (License ID 20240000989) for the premises located at 825 University Avenue West, in Saint Paul with no existing licensing conditions.
