On a phone call, the owner told staff the following:  He lives in the house now.  He needs two months and then will be able to get his payments up-to-date.  Then, the bank will put the property in his name instead of the business name.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Terry L. Fransen to an Inspection Appointment at 658 PLUM STREET; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council [recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
