Legislative Hearing Staff Comments: Appellant said the house had a fire on 9/1/25, and the inspector said he forgot to give her a notice; thus the notice dated 4/2/26 with a 4/2/26 reinspection date. Appellant showed staff a picture of the "condemnation" notice on the door with a 9/2/25 date on it. Appellant was told that the property is in the vacant building program, and she said that she didn't know what that meant. Appellant said she was appealing the notice because the contractor told her to appeal.
