Title
Amending the financing and spending plans in the Department of Public Works in the amount of $1,656,818 to add assessment financing to the Highland Village Streetscape Project.
Body
WHEREAS, Project SU-1502988 Highland Village Streetscape Improvements was incorporated into the 2014 Capital Improvement Budget, and
WHEREAS, Assessment Financing for the lighting portion of this project was not incorporated into the 2014 Capital Improvement Budget, and
WHEREAS, the assessment is set to be ratified in July 2014, and
WHEREAS, the budget authority created by these assessments will be required to award the contract, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available additional funds of $ 1,656,818.00 in the Capital Improvement Budgets; and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $ 1,656,818.00 is available for appropriation in the Capital Improvement Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the Improvement Budgets in the following particulars:
