Designating Cedrick Baker, Assistant Mayor, as an assistant to the mayor designated to execute any of the contracts described in Section 86.01(a) of the Administrative Code, as amended, that the mayor or executive assistant to the mayor are authorized to execute.

WHEREAS, The Saint Paul mayor, pursuant to Section 86.01(a) of the Saint Paul Administrative Code, as recently amended, may designate up to three (3) assistants to the mayor to execute any of the contracts described in Section 86.01(a) that the mayor or executive assistant to the mayor are authorized to execute; and
WHEREAS, Mayor Kaohly Her wishes to designate Cedrick Baker, Assistant Mayor, as an assistant to the mayor that is authorized to execute any of the contracts described in Section 86.01(a) that the mayor or executive assistant to the mayor are authorized to execute; now, therefore, be it
ORDERED, By Mayor Kaohly Her, that Cedrick Baker, Assistant Mayor, is hereby authorized, effective as of May 13, 2026, to execute any of the contracts described in Section 86.01(a) of the Saint Paul Administrative Code, as amended, that the mayor or the executive assistant to the mayor are authorized to execute.
