WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Justin Rodriguez to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 995 BEECH STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts amends the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter by waiving the vacant building registration fee for 90-days and allowing that a "building-only" inspection be conducted allowing the building official to determine whether a complete code compliance inspection is necessary.
