WHEREAS, Pimento St Paul, Inc d/b/a Pimento Jamaican Kitchen (License ID 20230000917) applied for a Liquor On Sale-100 seats or less, a Liquor On Sale-Sunday, a Liquor On Sale-2AM Closing and an Entertainment (B) license for the premises located at 354 Wabasha Street North in Saint Paul; and  

WHEREAS, on June 7, 2023, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification; and 

WHEREAS, in response to the June 7, 2023, notification, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the licenses; and 

WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,

RESOLVED, the Liquor On Sale-100 seats or less, Liquor On Sale-Sunday, Liquor On Sale-2AM Closing and Entertainment (B) licenses are hereby approved and issued to Pimento St Paul, Inc d/b/a Pimento Jamaican Kitchen (License ID 20230000917) for the premises located at 354 Wabasha Street North in Saint Paul.
