Purpose of Appeal
After receiving notice, I had a licensed contractor review the premises and many assumptions were made in the City's determination which were false upon review so that the conclusions reached were inappropriate.  The contractor will attend the hearing.  He can also be contacted in these matters and is listed above.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Paul Jeddeloh, Trustee, to a Notice of Condemnation as Unfit for Human Habitation and Order to Vacate, Vacant Building Registration Notice, and Summary Abatement Order at 2135 BAYARD AVENUE.
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council [recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
