#9 - This is a FIRE SAFETY issue???
#10 - This does not even seem real!! Seriously - Replace brand new windows!!!
#13 - The patio door was a close out model - that screen door cost me $900 & is not replaceable - AND what does a screen have to do with FIRE SAFETY!!!
