Approving the Memorandum of Agreement between the City and the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers, Local 10 in order to correct the wages for Lead Sheet Metal Worker and Sheet Metal Inspector classifications.

Whereas, the last Maintenance Labor Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers, Local 10, which was approved by the Saint Paul City Council on July 24, 2024, continues in full force and effect through April 30, 2027, and thereafter until modified or amended by mutual agreement of the parties; and
Whereas, the City of Saint Paul and the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers, Local 10 reached a tentative agreement on a Memorandum of Agreement to correct the wages for the Lead Sheet Metal Worker and Sheet Metal Inspector, that once approved, shall be effective the first pay period following adoption, now therefore, be it
Resolved, that the Saint Paul City Council, pursuant to the Saint Paul City Charter Section 6.03.3 (5) hereby approves and ratifies the attached Memorandum of Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers, Local 10.
