Naming Sweetwater Drive as a private street.

WHEREAS, Paul Heuer of Pulte Homes of Minnesota LLC, 1650 W 82nd Street, Suite 300, Bloomington, MN 55431 is the developer, and Putle Homes is current owner of the properties of Highland Bridge Rowhomes Fourth Addition; and
WHEREAS, the property is being developed with a total of 28 Rowhomes that will be individually owned; and
WHEREAS, the developer has elected to construct the private street in Outlot A of Highland Bridge Rowhomes Fouth Addition, to provide access to the properties; and
WHEREAS, the developer desires the new street within this development be named Sweetwater Drive and to have some of the new rowhomes addressed off this street; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, that the private street as shown on “Exhibit A” shall hereafter be known and designated as Sweetwater Drive; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Department of Public Works shall issue addresses for the buildings using Sweetwater Drive as the designated street name; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that it is understood by the developer and/or its successors in interest that they shall construct and maintain the proposed private street, at their own expense, and continue to maintain in a clear and unobstructed manner to provide access for all vehicular traffic, including emergency services vehicles; and
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that the developer and/or its successors in interest shall construct and maintain at their own expense the necessary signing of the private street, to be known as Sweetwater Drive, to the satisfaction of the Department of Public Works.
