WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 11-619 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Cleanup on Private Properties from January 31 to February 25, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the following assessments were appealed:
RLH TA 11-146 - 1016 Aurora Avenue - Forthcoming Approve the assessment;
RLH TA 11-132 - 861 Carroll Avenue - Approve the assessment;
RLH TA 11-168 - 116 Cleveland Avenue South - Forthcoming Approve the assessment;
RLH TA 11-115 - 671 Conway Street - Approve the assessment;
RLH TA 11-106 - 2017 Dayton Avenue - Approve the assessment;
RLH TA 11-134 - 1314 Edgerton - Delete the assessment;
RLH TA 11-104 - 1836 and 1838 Ford Parkway - Reduce the assessment from $220 to $125;
RLH TA 11-122 - 1648 Fourth Street East - Approve the assessment;
RLH TA 11-126 - 417 Forest Street - Delete the assessment;
RLH TA 11-138 - 775 Jessamine Avenue East - Forthcoming Delete the assessment;
RLH TA 11-162 - 672 Magnolia Avenue East - Forthcoming Refer to Legislative Hearing August 2 and City Council Public Hearing August 17, 2011;
