Authorizing the City to enter into a cooperative agreement with Ramsey County for sidewalk construction on Marshall and Cleveland Avenues.
Body
WHEREAS, the City had a project to construct sidewalks on Marshall Avenue from Snelling Avenue to Albert Street and on Cleveland Avenue from Summit Avenue to Marshall Avenue which are County State Aid routes; and
WHEREAS, the agreement outlines the project cost share and responsibilities for project delivery, operation and maintenance; and
WHEREAS, the agreement contains a mutual indemnification clause, which the Council finds reasonable and appropriate; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to enter into Ramsey County Agreement PUBW2025-19, a copy of which is before Council and is made a part hereof; and be it finally
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
