Purpose of Appeal:  Hello, I just purchased 1696 Boland Ave on 4/15/20.  We have started construction and will be completed by 7/1/20.  I am spending more money than I thought I would & my job has been really effected by COVIC-19 because I am in sales.  I would greatly appreciate any help.  My fee is due June 6th.  Thanks a ton!  Cody (paraphrased)

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Cody Jerzak to a Vacant Building Registration Renewal Notice at 1696 BOHLAND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee for 90 days to September 6, 2020; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
