WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Chris Samuel, Ramsey County Property Tax Forfeited Land/State of MN Trust Exempt, to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 603 EDMUND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation is to require that the building become code compliant, per the December 31, 2019 code compliance inspection report, prior to re-occupation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
