Date/Time of 1st LH:  Tuesday, November 19, 2024, teleconference between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  Appealing V/B & Vacate. We passed inspection for CO & completed all the fence repairs & cleanup previously. We are asking for 30 days to complete new orders.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Carolyn Brown, Community Stabilization Project, to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 622 WELLS STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive vacant building fee to January 3, 2025 to have Fire Certificate of Occupancy reinstated, or property will remain in Vacant Building Program; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
