WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 23-28 on July 12, 2023 which granted an extension to July 14, 2023 to abate the nuisance conditions at 1009 Fuller Avenue; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on July 18, 2023 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated forthcoming; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and matter is resolved forthcoming, pending July 25, 2023 Legislative Hearing.
