Authorizing the Saint Paul Public Libraries to renew the lease with the West 7th Community Center.
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Public Libraries, City of Saint Paul, the "Tenant," and West Seventh Community Center, Inc., the "Landlord," ("the Parties") have reached a mutual agreement for the rental of space, approximately 1,371 square feet, in the West Seventh Community Center ("Center"), located at 265 Oneida Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, a space use agreement between the Parties for the Center has existed since 1985; and
WHEREAS, the Parties now wish to renew the space use agreement for an additional three year period, commencing January 1, 2015 and terminating December 31, 2017; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are authorized and directed to enter into said agreement, attached as Exhibit A.
