Ratifying Excessive Use of Inspection Services from February 22 to April 5, 2012 (File No. J1207E, Assessment No. 128310).
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 12-1071 accepted the Report of Completion for Excessive Use of Inspection Servises for Property Code Violations billed during the time period of February 22 to April 5, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on September 5, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 60 of the Administrative Code, the assessments are herby in all respects ratified with the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 12-383 - 899 Burr Street;
RLH TA 12-377 - 1545 Clarence Street;
RLH TA 12-394 - 930 Euclid Street;
RLH TA 12-374 - 1075 Front Avenue;
RLH TA 12-372 - 345 Hope Street;
RLH TA 12-382 - 343 Maple Street;
RLH TA 12-373 - 359 Maria Avenue;
RLH TA 12-389 - 1636 Taylor Avenue East;
RLH TA 12-XXX - 474 Curtice Street East; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
