RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405 - 74205 the total sum of one hundred twenty-four thousand dollars and no cents ($124,000.00) in full and final settlement of Plaintiff's claims in Judy Steffenhagen v. City of Saint Paul, civil court file number 62-CV-13-7023 for all claims for damages, medical bills and attorneys' fees regarding the accident occurring on December 21, 2011.
