Amending the 2020 spending budget in the Department of Public Works Street Lighting Maintenance accounting unit.
Body
WHEREAS, the Street Lighting Maintenance accounting unit has incurred capital outlay costs that are more than the adopted budget; and
WHEREAS, there are sufficient savings in materials and supplies to cover the above costs; therefore via
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter, and on the request of the Director of the Public Works Department to amend the 2020 budget in the Public Works Street Lighting Maintenance, the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the manner as specified in the attached financial analysis.
