Be it resolved that upon proper execution and delivery of a properly executed release to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay from the City of Saint Paul's Public Works Department, Tort Liability Fund 1-10031500-74205-3123081000-74205 the amount of nine thousand four hundred eighteen dollars and ninety-two cents ($9,418.92) in full and final settlement of their property damage subrogation claim as subrogee of Courtney Roberts, stemming from a motor vehicle accident on or about the 10th day of March, 2019, in Saint Paul, MN.
