IT IS RESOLVED that the City of St. Paul enter into Metropolitan Council Agreement No.14I084 with Metropolitan Council for the following purposes:

To provide for payment by the Metropolitan Council to the City for use of City owned traffic signal fiber optic interconnect on A Line Bus Rapid Transit Project on Snelling Avenue and Ford Parkway; and

IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the Director of Public Works are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
