Ratifying the assessment for the Third Street-Johnson Parkway to White Bear Avenue rehabilitation project. (File No. 19198, Assessment No. 165208)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 16-1292 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for street improvements including rehabilitating the street pavement with a new bituminous surface, concrete curb and gutter, driveway apron repairs where necessary, reconstructing ADA compliant pedestrian ramps at the intersections, and sidewalk reconstruction as; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on October 5, 2016 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
