Title
Amending the financing and spending budgets in the amount of $178,000 for the I35E Bike Trail and Lighting Project, to move the project out of the Parks and Recreation Capital Improvement Budget and into the Public Works Capital Improvement Budget to reflect where the work will be completed.
Body
WHEREAS, the I35E Bike Trail and Lighting was originally adopted in the Parks and Recreation Capital Improvement Budget; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Director of Public Works and the Director of Parks and Recreation that the project should be transferred to the Public Works Capital Improvement Budget to reflect where the work will be completed; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.4 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are funds available for transfer of $178,000; and
Now, therefore be it, RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $178,000 is available for transfer of appropriation in the Capital Improvement Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the Improvement Budgets in the following particulars:
