Purpose of Appeal
We are appealing 1 double hung window that will not comply w/egress policy. Sizes for the existing window are attached. The window is located at the top flight of a stairway and will be difficult to alter the opening. The homeowner would like to keep style consistent. Side exit door located at bottom of stairs. Please approve. All windows in home have been replaced w/double hung operation.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Bryan Horton, Renewal by Andersen, to an Egress Window Non-Compliance Determination at 698 MONTANA AVENUE EAST; the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation grants the appeal in this matter.
