WHEREAS, the City Council adopted SAO 26-106 on October 28, 2026 which granted an extension to November 2, 2026 to abate the nuisance conditions (auto parts and misc. debris) at 751 Oakdale Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on November 3, 2026 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions forthcoming; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is forthcoming, pending November 3, 2026 Legislative Hearing.
