Amending Council Files RLH AR 13-62 and RLH TA 13-400  to delete the assessment for Property Clean Up Services from April 2 to 29, 2013 at 579 VAN BUREN AVENUE.  (File No. J1310A, Assessment No. 138522)

Body

WHEREAS on August 7, 2013, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File Nos. RLH AR 13-62 and RLH TA 13-400, said Resolutions being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Clean Up Services from April 2 to 29, 2013 at 579 Van Buren Avenue. (File No. J1310A, Assessment No. 138522); and

WHEREAS, the property at 579 Van Buren Avenue, being described as: Michels Subdivision of Blk 4 Lot 26 Blk 1, with the property identification number 36-29-23-22-0109 was assessed an amount of $476.00; and

WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections recommends deleting the assessment due to inspector error in entering wrong photos for violation; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $476.00, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 13-62 and RLH TA 13-400 are hereby amended to reflect this change.
