WHEREAS, on August 9, 2025, Saint Paul Arena Company LLC d/b/a Saint Paul Arena Company (License ID# 200000003747) applied for the addition of the Gambling Location license to the existing Liquor On Sale-291 or more seats, Liquor On Sale-Sunday and Liquor On Sale - 2AM Closing licenses for the premises 199 Kellogg Blvd W.; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification on September 23, 2025, with a response date of October 8, 2025; and
WHEREAS, in response to the notification, no objections were received, and the Council finds that the application is in order with no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it; and
RESOLVED, the addition of the expansion of the existing Liquor On Sale-291 or more seats, Liquor On Sale-Sunday and Liquor On Sale - 2AM Closing licenses are hereby approved and issued to Saint Paul Arena Company LLC d/b/a Saint Paul Arena Company (License ID# 200000003747), for the premises located at 199 Kellogg Blvd W., in Saint Paul, with no existing licensing conditions.
