Body

WHEREAS on March 2, 2011, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RES 11-80, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Vacant Building fees re-invoiced in November 2010. (File No. VB1104, Assessment No. 118003).

WHEREAS, the property at 644 Orange Avenue East, being described as: Stone Mortons Addition Lot 9 Blk 3, with the property identifification number 20-29-22-43-0170 was assessed an amount of $1,235.00; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as it was made in error by department staff; now therefore, be it,

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $1,235.00, plus any accrued interests, be funded by the Exempt Assessment Fund.  Council File No. RES 11-80 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
