Purpose of Appeal: I am appealing this due to starting probate on estate that is insolvent. The house will need to be sold to satisfy past due property taxes, civil abatement fines, medical, and other debts. I have been approached per multiple housing refurbisher realtors for potential sale.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Noreen A. Moore to a Vacant Building Registration Notice plus a letter from the Department of Safety and Inspections at 1069 SUBURBAN AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on the vacant building registration; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
