WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Andrew McNattin, Emsa Properties, to a Vacant Building Registration Fee Warning Letter at 1323 PAYNE AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to December 10, 2020 to have Fire Certificate of Occupancy reinstated to be released from the Vacant Building Program; and
WHEREAS, City Council has adopted the recommendation of the Legislative Hearing Officer on December 2, 2020 under File No. RLH VBR 20-68; and
WHEREAS, Andrew McNatton has requested additional extension; and
WHEREAS, a staff report will be conducted on December 15, 2020 for the Legislative Hearing Officer and DSI inspector supervisor's review.
