RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul Police Department is authorized to enter into the Lease Addendum No. 5 with the Hamline Park Plaza Partnership for office space at 570 N. Asbury #106A.  The leased office space will continue to be used by the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for counseling, training and consultation.
