Ratifying the assessment for the improvement of Ford Parkway from Mississippi River Blvd. to east of Kenneth and Cleveland from Hillcrest to Bayard (File No. 19162, Assessment No. 145401).

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 15-1498 accepted the Report of Completion for the improvement of Ford Parkway from Mississippi River Blvd. to east of Kenneth and Cleveland from Hillcrest to Bayard; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on September 16, 2015 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
